This dynamic leadership training is designed for members of Disabled People’s Organizations (DPOs) in the Sylhet Division. Over multiple sessions, participants will develop skills in leadership, advocacy, communication, and legal rights education. Trainers from SCIDAB and national human rights institutions will lead workshops, helping SCI survivors become powerful advocates for change within their own communities.
